Incubator

Kalmar Science Park Incubator is a business incubator. It aims to stimulate entrepreneurial activity and to help new businesses to start up, grow and prosper.

In our incubator, we offer consultation to people who have a business idea or a wish to start a company. Our consultation is free of charge, and we welcome any future entrepreneurs who would like to get feedback on their ideas, have help getting connected with specialists, or receive advice on how to get started. Our network can offer help with financing or with becoming a part of specific markets.

We offer seminars and classes in entrepreneurship and how to run a company. The seminars are open to anyone. We collaborate with the University of Kalmar and broadcast the seminars to communities throughout the region.

We welcome new companies into our incubator process. As does any science park, we value the ambition of the entrepreneur, the potential of the business idea and a wish to grow. The companies who are part of our incubator process meet with our business developers on a regular basis for advice and coaching. When you become part of our organisation, we also share our network of specialist and consultants. We also arrange activities between the companies. Along with our services, we also provide fully equipped offices.

Our incubator is run in collaboration with the University of Kalmar and is also supported by the EU, ” Innovationsbron Syd”, the city of Kalmar and The Regional Council in Kalmar County.
